Returns
Spheres and pendants may not be returned as each are custom artwork orders with cremation remains permanently enclosed.
Craftsmanship
Each sphere, base and pendant are handmade. Small variations from the online pictures are inevitable.
Personalization
Any text such as name and date can be hand-lettered onto the rectangular bases. Cost is included for 30 characters. This may take up to three weeks.
Shipping Time
You can expect to receive your product/s two to three weeks from when we receive your order. We recognize that urns are often needed immediately and will work with you to expedite an order if necessary.

Privacy
Eternity Glass does not sell or trade personal information, including e-mail addresses. Our site does not use tracking cookies or third-party viewer tracking.

Free Shipping
Free (5-7 Day Shipping): Make your selection for delivery method on the online order form. If you select Free (5-7 Day Shipping), you will not be charged for the cost of shipping your item to you. Depending on size and destination, your item will be sent either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note, we can not ship to a P.O. Box.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight Delivery: If you need your item(s) quicker than the Free (5-7 Day Shipping), you may select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight delivery method in the check out process of the online order form. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
